General Refund & Cancellation Policy
- A full refund will be issued if you request to cancel our services before the commencement of the project and within 2 days of making the payment.
- If you choose to terminate our services after the project has commenced, you will be billed for the working hours and resources already utilized. The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded to you within 45 business days of cancellation approval.
- To avoid renewal charges, cancellations must be submitted at least 10 days prior to the start of the next billing cycle.
- If cancellations are made after the start of the billing cycle, charges equivalent to the working hours invested in that month will apply and must be paid by the client.
- If you have signed up for our services but have not used them, you are still liable for payment as per the agreed terms.
- All refund or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and include: project details, the reason for cancellation, and your complete bank account details (for processing the refund).
- Our support team will review and evaluate your request. If approved, the refund will be processed within 45 business days to the bank account you provide.
- No refunds will be issued for services already delivered in accordance with the agreed scope of work.
- Third-party products or services procured on your behalf are non-refundable.
SEO Refund Policy
Due to the nature of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) services, Andglyph Tech Solutions will not be liable for refunds or guarantees of top search engine rankings under the following circumstances:
- Fluctuations in rankings due to changes in search engine algorithms, policies, or functionalities.
- Errors or adverse results arising from incorrect URLs or information provided by the client.
- Andglyph Tech Solutions will not be responsible for SEO results if the client engages with any other third-party SEO services.
- Variations in ranking frequency and position due to search engine factors beyond our control; immediate ranking changes cannot be guaranteed.
- Adverse ranking effects caused by changes to website content by the client or any third-party vendor engaged by them.
While we make no guarantee of achieving a specific ranking (including top-ten positions), we are committed to applying proven, ethical, and effective SEO practices to achieve the best possible results in the client’s best interest.
